Terms and conditions
Acceptance of our services is deemed to denote acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and an agreement to pay our fees on completion of the house & pet sitting period.
a. Totally Pawsome Pet Care will provide you with availabilities, and will try our best to accommodate all pets.
b. Once dates are agreed, it is required to arrange a meet and greet prior to the service reservation for all new clients.
c. We reserve the right to stop providing care services to a client whose pet shows aggression to us or other pets in the home.
d. We reserve the right to either impose supplementary charges and/or terminate this agreement if the assignment changes from the description given by the client and requires more time or responsibility
e. There are no additional costs for bank holiday.
a. We ask for at least a 24-hour cancellation notice for dog walking; a less than 24-hour notice will incur the full cost of the dog walk duration.
b. For pet sitting services, a 1-week cancellation notice is required before the service commencement, otherwise the full cost of the pet sit will be charged.
a. Bank transfers are accepted, bank details are provided on the invoice.
b. If a cash payment is prepared, please inform us before the commencement of the service.
c. For pet sitting a full payment is expected before the commencement of the service.
d. For dog walking, a payment is expected on a weekly basis.
a. Services are planned around our clients, so we cannot offer refunds for early returns or dates. If you are unexpectedly delayed, we will do our best to arrange further cover, which will be charged.
a. All your information will be kept private and confidential and not passed onto third parties.
a. Totally Pawsome Pet Care is fully insured, which includes pet care services, dog walking (for up to six dogs), dog and cat grooming, dog training, pet minding, pet sitting, pet taxi and pet transportation.
b. Please make us fully aware of any pertinent information concerning your pet before care services occur.
It is the client's responsibility for the following:
a. Please provide all the necessary information regarding your pet prior to the service.
b. Totally Pawsome Pet Care asks for all clients to leave their contact details, emergency numbers and vet details for the duration of the service.
8. The client agrees to provide Totally Pawsome Pet Care with a spare key for the duration of the service.
9. Totally Pawsome Pet Care are happy to cater for pets that need particular care. However, let us know of any issues your pet may have, so that a suitable arrangement can be arranged for your pet.
10. In the event that additional items need to be purchased in the absence of the client, such as food, cat litter, cleaning suppliers or any other items that contribute to the helth and well-being of your pet, Totally Pawsome Pet Care will purchase the required items, retain a receipt, and the pet owner is responsible for the reimbursement of the items.
11. Please keep us updated if there are any changes to your contact details, emergency details, vet changes, and or your pets care needs.
a. Totally Pawsome Pet Care will properly dispose of your pet's waste
b. For dog walking, pet waste doggy bags will be provided and properly disposed of, we may sometimes bring back the waste to dispose in your outside bin.
c. For cat litters, we request that all the necessary items are provided, such as the scooper, cat litter and bags, with clear instructions on how to dispose the waste.
a. Collars and leads have to be appropriate and provided.
b. On dog walks, dogs will be kept on the lead, unless you provide instructions that it is safe for your dog to be let off, and that they have good recall.
a. Totally Pawsome Pet Care will to our best ability clean up after your pet.
b. Please inform us where cleaning supplies are located.
c. We are not responsible for any flooring stains created by your pet.
When Totally Pawsome Pet Care provides a pet sitting service for our clients, we initially like to do a meet and greet with you and your furry best friends to learn all about them, and so we can get to know each other.
We like to plan ahead, and for us to be prepared for everything, below you can find our checklist, which goes through all the important information that we require prior to the service. The more details you can provide us with, the better. The information can be written down on a piece of paper, emailed or even sent over text.
- Please provide us with your pet's name, breed, personality, their temperament and medical history.
- Please ensure there are enough supplies available for the entire duration of the service. Such as, food, toys, bedding, grooming equipment, waste collection equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Vet number and address
- Emergency numbers
- Contact information
- Please inform us if your pet is on any medication or supplements. Also provide administrating instructions for each pet.
- Let us know of your pets' eating habits, what their favourite treats, the amount of food they are given and at what times during the day.
- What does your pet like to do from the time they wake up to the time they go to sleep.
- Please provide us with details on the process you go through before leaving your pet alone. Do you put them in a kennel, are they restricted to an area, do you leave food and water, are they separated from other pets in the house?
- Access to your internet so we can keep you updated with photos.
- Totally Pawsome Pet Care would like your permission to use the photos taken during the service and post them on social media (Facebook, Instagram and Website).
- If you do not authorise for the photos of your pets to be posted on social media, please inform us.
